2. Data collected and retention period
Contact form
We collect the information you enter (name, email, message) to respond to your request. Only API Studio personnel handling your inquiry have access to this information. No IP address is recorded when the form is submitted.
Retention period: 6 months if no contract is concluded. If you become a client, your data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and subsequently archived in accordance with legal timeframes.
GEO test form
To run a test, you enter a brand name, a website address, and a prompt. These three elements are transmitted to the artificial intelligence assistants queried to generate the analysis.
Retention period: test results are retained for 12 months for historical purposes and service improvement.
Audience measurement
We use an audience measurement tool hosted on our own servers and configured to respect your privacy. No third party has access to this data.
Retention period: maximum of 13 months for raw data, 25 months for aggregated statistics.
3. Who receives your data
AI assistant providers
To produce a GEO audit, the details entered into the test form (brand, site, prompt) are sent to the APIs of the services being analyzed, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity. Some of these providers process data in the United States. These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or certification under the Data Privacy Framework. We do not transmit any other information to them: neither your identity, nor your email address, nor any account data.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. In the event of a business transfer, the data would be passed on to the successor, who would be bound by the same obligations.
4. Cookies
The site only places technical cookies from Matomo, using the exemption configuration described above. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used.
If we ever add trackers requiring consent, a management tool will appear before any are placed.
5. Your rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and the amended Data Protection Act (*Loi Informatique et Libertés*), you may:
access the data we hold about you;
have it rectified or erased;
restrict its processing or object to it;
receive your data in a structured format (portability).

6. How we protect your data
Communications between your browser and the site are encrypted (TLS/HTTPS). Data is stored on secure servers with access that is restricted, logged, and protected by strong authentication.
In the event of a data breach posing a risk to your rights, we will notify the CNIL within 72 hours. If the risk is high, we will inform you directly.
