General Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern access to and use of the website www.geobuster.ai, published by API STUDIO, a SARL (limited liability company) with a share capital of €10,000, registered with the Colmar Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 809 801 558, and headquartered at 20 rue d'Agen, 68000 Colmar.
By browsing the site or using the GEO visibility test, the user accepts these GTU without reservation. If the user does not accept them, they must not use the site.
Paid services (comprehensive GEO audits) are not sold via the site. They are subject to a price quote and governed by API STUDIO’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are provided with each quote.
2. Service Description
The site offers a free GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) visibility test: the user enters a brand name, a website address, and a prompt, and receives an analysis of that brand's presence in the responses provided by artificial intelligence assistants (specifically ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity).
The site also provides informational content regarding GEO and brand visibility within generative engines.
3. Conditions for Using the Free Test
The test is intended for normal professional and personal use. It is prohibited to:
automate requests via scripts, bots, scraping, or any other method;
circumvent established technical limitations (test volume, frequency);
submit prompts that are unlawful, defamatory, or intended to divert the service from its intended purpose;
enter third-party personal data into the form fields;
resell the service or integrate it into a third-party commercial offering without API STUDIO's written consent. API STUDIO reserves the right to block access—including via IP address blocking—without prior notice or compensation in the event of a violation of these rules.
4. Nature of results and absence of guarantee
Test results are generated by querying third-party artificial intelligence systems. These systems are non-deterministic: the same question may yield different answers depending on the time, the model version, or the user.
Consequently:
results represent a snapshot in time and have no predictive value;
API STUDIO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reproducibility of the results;
results do not constitute advice and cannot serve as the sole basis for a commercial or strategic decision;
no present or future visibility within the AI assistants' responses is guaranteed.
The test is provided "as is." Regarding this free service, API STUDIO is bound only by an obligation of means (best-effort basis).
5. Service availability
API STUDIO strives to keep the site accessible at all times but is under no obligation to do so. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or in the event of outages, including those affecting the third-party API providers upon which the test relies. No period of unavailability, regardless of duration, entitles the user to compensation.
API STUDIO may modify or discontinue the free test at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its structure, its content, its trademark, and its logo are the property of API STUDIO or are used under authorization. Users may freely use the reports generated by the test for their own purposes; however, resale or commercial exploitation by a third party is prohibited without written consent.
Trademarks cited in the reports (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned solely to identify the services being analyzed.
7. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the information entered into the test form and for the use made of the results. The user warrants that they have the right to have the brand and website submitted for testing analyzed.
8. Personal Data
The processing of data collected on the site is described in the [Privacy Policy], which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
9. Modification of Terms of Use
API STUDIO may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time the site is used. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and following an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
If the user is a business entity, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts within the district of API STUDIO’s registered office.
